Mother Lode Model T Club
Dutch Flat Tour - July 2004

We left the SOP and headed East through Bowman, Applegate and Colfax. The weather was perfect and as always,
the scenery delightful. Ron commented on how lucky we are to live in such a wonderful area for Model-T-ing.

The Monte Vista Inn prepared a delicious brunch buffett and 46 of us savored every bite. We always enjoy the
confortable rustic setting and excellent service.

After the brunch, we headed on into the quaint little town of Dutch Flat.
Wayne and Lynne Lyndon had made arrangements for us to tour the
Dutch Flat Hotel. The Hotel was established in 1852 and had been partly
restored in the 1970's. It remained unfinished until March 2003 when it was
purchased by Tom and Sussy Flanigan who continued the restoration.
They had a grand re-opening on July 4th of this year. The hotel is
with antiques and is fantastic!! A wonderful place for a ROMATIC WEEKEND!!

Thank You for a great Brunch Tour Betty and George. And also to

Larry & Dick

Wayne and Lynne for the Hotel tour.
